1. Per diem eligibility for required leave

Section 903 of the Foreign Service Act of 1980 (22 U.S.C. 4083) is amended by adding at the end the following:

(d) A member that is ordered to take leave under this section shall be eligible and required to receive allowances, lodging, and related benefits therefor, including benefits described in section 5702 of title 5, United States Code.
